Which scope would you choose, the Nexstar 8 GPS or the C9.25-SGT? I'm concerned about the C9.25 because where I observe from I have a limited view and am worried about how large of an "alignment cone" the scope needs. My view to the north is wide open. To the east and west are trees that block the horizon(for the most part). As a reference, concider ground level to be 0 deg and the zenith to be 90 deg. The tops of the trees are at 40+/- deg up from ground level. To the South its much worse... about 60 deg till I can see sky! I've heard the ASGT mount can be a pain if the alignment stars are not visible so I began looking at the GPS series, because I've heard it's much easier to align in these conditions. Any help would great!!! Thanks!!!
