Try finger-less fishing gloves made out of neopream. Sold at most sporting goods stores, they don't have fuzz to catch on screws or leave lint on your optics. They are finger-less and are warm even when wet. Sell around here for about ten bucks. Cheap at double the price.

I like the skiing under gloves made with hollowfill. Very light and thin and warm, plus inexpensive.
