From the look of the way it is set up, I doubt the owner knows much about telescopes. It would be WAY out of balance, plus the usual claim of unbelievably high magnification!!

Missed this telling sentence the first time:

"In fact, this telescope was manufactured in the very same factory that makes optical products for Bushnell, Tasco, Konus and many other name brands."
