You need to check out mcmcaster-carr at mcmaster.com....they have like EVERYTHING on the planet. So far, If gotten wonderfully cheap knobs, rubber for isolation pads, cheap foam of all sorts, etc. If you have any problems ordering, shoot me a private email...I can put the order in from my company and you could reimburse me.

If you want something locally, Fry's Electronics sells tons of foam...often pre-cut to fit popular sizes. They also sell plastic cases, with and without fitted foam, often at about half the price of retail in catalogs and other stores.
I've bought foam there several times. Check carefully...not all stores carry it. -Kurt Horsley
