Reccomend Rings for a 10" newtonian?

Can anyone recommend a good set of ota rings for my 10" newtonian (11.8" outside dia) that won't break your bank? Rotating would be nice...
I have heard great things about parallax - just a little expensive for me right now - just trying to get information.
Any others out there?

If your scope is a standard Asian 10 inch F5, then the Orion rings are the least expensive. Buy two sets, use a third ring to keep the scope from slipping down when rotating it. Just attach it above the top ring. With some experimentation, you should be able to find a setting where the rings are loose enough to allow rotation and tight enough to not be sloppy. Not quite rotating rings but it does work and it is not too expensive.
