Red dot finder problems

Hi, I want to use a small red dot finder for weight control on my truss dob. I find the Telrad to be too heavy. I tried a rigel quickfinder, but I had a hard time lining my eye up with the reticle because of the small viewing glass. I then tried the orion ez finder and the mars eye finder. But found they both have a coating on the lens that dims the stars too much for my taste. Sigh, maybe I'm just too picky. Does anyone know of a compact red dot finder that has both a large and a clear front glass where the dot is projected? Does the Baader sky surfer IV fit this description?

I posted about the BSA RD30 that I bought and like. It has coated optics and is sealed but it does not look dark when you look through it. I got it for $30 at Walmart and purchased a mount for a Weaver rifle scope to mount it to the telescope for $4. These are very light and have 11 adjustments for brightness, the alingment screws are capped and work very precisely. Here is a link to their page to take a look at them. They come in up to 50mm aperture.
