Replacement parts for CG-5/EQ-5

I teach and run the astronomy labs at a community college in Tennessee, and we have scopes mounted on the Synta EQ-5/CG-5 mounts. We are in need of several replacement parts, especially worm gears and a sleeve bearing. Does anyone know of a source for parts for these mounts? Thanks,
