SteadyPix mount with Kodak EasyShare

Since many digital cameras, including the EasyShare variety, have an off-centered lens, is it possible to use the Orion SteadyPix mount? It appears like the mount can only work with center-lens cameras. Does anyone know? Thanks.

John,
The SteadyPix should work without a problem. I have used it many times with my Kodak DC4800 and a Canon ZR50 videocamea, both of which have the lens off-center relative to the mount hole in the camera. Never had a problem because of this. One note, if the camera is too heavy it is sometimes a bit of a challenge to keep it lined-up on-axis with the eyepiece. An eyepiece with generous eye relief also helps.
