TAL 100 RS on a CG-5

I am purchasing a TAL 100RS OTA and would like to try and mount it on my CG-5. Is it possible to buy a Dovetail Mounting Plate and attach the telescope mounting rings to it? Any other ideas (short of ditching the CG-5 for a better mount)? This is my second scope, and the first time I have tried to mount a scope other than the original to the CG5.

Usually the TAL ota's come with rings. The swivel bolt/screw combo they use can easily be removed and the attached to whatever you want, I'm sure.
I use my TAL-100 on the larger TAL-2M mount with a taller center colume. I am very pleased with its stability and tracking accuracy, althought I have replaced all the bearings and relubed/adjusted to tweak all I can out of the unit.
