Turn-key observatory - How to advertise it?

I'm looking to sell my complete observatory. I've migrated back to wanting to just star-hop with my old home-made dobsonian. Should I list it under telescopes or under observatories, and then just list everything? It's in Winchester, KY (near Lexington)and the buyer would need to come and take it all away. It's a Meade 12"LX200R with UHTC. It's on a pier, and inside a skyshed pod with 3 bays. The best thing about it is I bought the $1,000.00 5 year warranty that includes them shipping you boxes and them paying all the shipping back and forth. There is still over a year left on the warranty and it is transferable. So whoever buys it has that for security. Lots of extras, UltraWedge, Starshoot pro, etc...

Give me some advise. I want it all to go as a package. Thanks,

Geno

You may want it to go as a package, but you're probably limiting your market by putting that constraint on your ad. I would list the scope and obs separately with references to the other item in each ad.

Good luck!
