I'm new to astromart and on the second purchase I made, for an eyepiece the seller and I agreed on a price (his asking price) we exchanged addresses and away I go to purchase a money order. Later that night I get an email from him saying he was out using the eyepiece and decided it was no longer for sale! What up with this? What kind of feedback should this guy get? Is this normal at astromart? I think it stinks!

I wouldn't leave negative feedback over that, even though it is slightly lousy. At least no harm was done.

I think negative feedback should be reserved for such things as receiving merchandise that is in much poorer condition than advertised, seller doesn't make good on problems, etc. In those situations, you don't get what you pay for, and have been 'cheated' to some extent.

You didn't pay for anything, and he didn't send anything. It sucks, but at least there was no harm done, IMHO.

I'm the guy who made the original posting, I certainly appreciate everyone's responses, now after reading yours, a few of my thoughts
*I still think it stinks.
*I think 99.99% of ASTROMART participants are really good people.
*We all have to live with ourselves.
*Peace in your life, clear sky, and man it been cold here.
Thanks again Mark
