Will a TV Panoramic Mount support a TV 102?

Has anyone ever tried a TV Panoramic mount to support a TV 102. The scope weighs about 9-10 pounds. Just a few more pounds than the TV 85. I understand that at high powers, the tripod is a bit shakey. Any feedback?
