Hi Terry,

Other than maybe a 35mm Panoptic for lower power with a wide field you are pretty well set on eyepieces for deep sky and general views and the pwoermate plus shorter Naglers should cover the steady night for planet views fine.

The reason these all work well is that the f ratio of the scopes are the same (both f 10) so you keep the same exit pupil or "power per inch" of diameter relationship.

The views through the 11" are really much more satisfying than an 8" and noticably better than a 10" from my experience. Galaxies and Globulars especially. Many of the brighter Messier globs start to show unique appearance and color hues compared with each other where the 8" was happy to just resolve mainly. You'll definitely enjoy the upgrade!
