I only see the monitor option. I want to stop receiving emails.

I believe this is what you want to do:
On the side you will see My Account,
Click on Account Menu A new page pops up.
Under the Email Choose Forums, threads I am monitoring
I believe that will let you stop monitoring a forum or thread.
