HD orthos question

Hi all,

Well, the UO HD ortho line looks awfully similar to both the Antares and Baader orthos. Baader even goes so far as to assert that they have equivalent performance to the Zeiss orthos.

Does anyone know the differences between these lines of orthos, besides the price? Are they from the same factory? Different coatings?
