Orion or Celestron Barlow

I'd like to get a decent, inexpensive barlow. Any opinions about the differences between the folowing two: Celestron 2X Barlow Lens 1-1/4 Ultima or the Orion Shorty-Plus 2x 3-Element Barlow. Specs look similar for both.

These are in fact the same Barlow. Celestron and Orion use many of the same suppliers in both Japan and Taiwan. Besides this barlow, the Ultima series of eyepieces essentially the same as the Orion Ultrascopics. Many of the telescopes are the same...
