Anyone know to obtain an Observing Blind?

In the past I've seen advertisements for Observing Blinds. Basically just a set of 2 or 3 portable 'walls' really. Looked like rip-stop material & fiberglass tent poles but anything along those lines would work. Basically just trying to cut the wind and block out some ground clutter lights I believe. An aquaintance would like to find somethig like that since the Kendick Observatory Tent isn't large enough. Anybody know where they might find such a product?
Thanks in advance, appreciate it!

Easily built from ready to use plastic coated tarps with eyelets already installed along the sides. You can us either metal or plastic pipe and make round feet from plywood or buy ones that are available. Then use nylon ties to attach the tarp to the poles and use bungee cords to hold the walls together for stability. This would be a cheap project.

Here is a link to a place that sells these things already to go, but it is in the UK. I am sure there are USA based stores that sell these too. You can use their pictures for ideas of how to do this too.
