Anyone have any experience with this Mak? I'm guessing it doesn't beat the Intes Mak, but does it beat the Orion? I beleive it is a rumak and the Orion is a Gregory. Thanks.

I purchase the first one Highpoint Scientific received.
Excellent star-test and very refractor like.
Smooth focuser with alomst zero image shift.
Not threaded for standard sct 2" accessories.
I also have owned an Intes m715.
Not quite as good but pretty close.
I ended up returning it, not becasue it was a bad scope, but 6" aperture and the long cool down are not for me. I prefer a wider field.
I have a friend who has one as well, he loves it and says it eats the Orion's for breakfast.
They are coming out with an 8" soon.
