AP900 ready to rock!

OK, finally got the saddle for the mount and was able to mount the TEC-140 and camera gear as well as the guide scope. Balance and all was good, no problems.

I did clean and grease both worm drive gear boxes, they had old grease and needed it. Adjusted both worms, inspected them and they looked great, nice and clean and the grease was still OK.

Drilled new holes in my permanent pier top, so the AP plate would bolt up, making sure it was very level. Repainted the AP portable pier with matching paint, including the texture, so it looks new again. Made a nice set of soft cases for all the parts and the legs store inside the main tube. This pier looks good and is quite solid too.

Learned how to run the mount and set the Parking modes and do an alignment.

Got all the software working with the AP GTO Ver2 driver, so that Maxim, The Sky6, FocusMax, Pinpoint and CCDAutopilot all are working together. The new AP GTO Ver2 driver is pretty nice!

Now I just have to wait for a chance to go up to my site and do some testing.

The mount is very nice, looks really good with the TEC-140 and seems to be very solid. grin
