Declination circle on G11

I recently picked up about a G11. It has the Gemini system, but I much prefer to use setting circles. I was wondering how do I lock down the declination setting circle? It seems to rotate freely. The online manual notes there is a set screw between 0 and 10 degrees, but I have not been able to find it. Thank you, Bill

Bill, they stopped putting the set screw in at some point. There was nothing on my G-11 to allow you to lock it either.
