I have a TAK. NJP Mount, used it for years. Never set the Meridiam settings. Now I have a permanent observatory and trying to set the safety limits for the flip. I'm using Temma by Takahashi ASCOM driver with N.I.N.A. Not sure I need to set the inputs, just trying to cover any issues that may accrue. Did some research on hour angle, still not sure if correct. Trying to set minimum values so scope doesn't hit pier.
The Temma driver asks for 3 inputs for Automated Safety Limits, Minimum Allowable Altitude, Maximum Allowable HA (hourangle), Allowable Tracking Near the Meridian. I have set these at
(Min. Allowable 90),( Max. Allowable 180),(Tracking -.1). Obviously setting are wrong, 5 minutes after using setting with NINA warning came up in ASCOM conflict in settings. I'm in USA North Florida 32112. Any help would be much appreciated. Happy New Year to all.
