Even though I didn't make this scope from scratch, I'll post this here.  I needed something to do during lock-down, so I decided to repaint a GSO 8" f/5 Newtonian I bought from a fellow Astromart member in February.  First, here's a stock photo of the stock scope.

Thanks, Greg.  I also have a 6" f/12 to repaint.  It will be white, but a metal flake white.  A mostly classic color for a classic-form scope.
