does anyone have atemplate or idea as to go about making ones own seting circles I would like them machined in aluminum I and not sure how to ingrave the calibrations thanks john

There are atm sites which have downloadable setting circle programs.
One apporach might be to print the graduated scales from a home computer, then laminate them in plastic.
