Anyone know a good site that shows real-time US cloud cover?

I am assuming you know about the clear sky clock? That is a great site for local weather and observing conditions.

Or do you want to know the whole US at once?

I like the NOAA Aviation Digital Data Service (ADDS) http://adds.aviationweather.gov/satellite/
This site has everything you want to know about the current state of the atmosphere.
