Moon phase in hours

Does anyone know of a handy resource for calculating the moon phase/age in hours for any particular date and time?

I've discovered some software that does what I need from http://www.nightskyobserver.com/LunarPhaseCD/ . I'm sure there must be free resources but I think this will do what I want and it has the added benefit of a built in lunar atlas.
