No responses from "support" [email protected]

Well, I ran a featured classified ad yesterday for the $10. I have yet to see it appear in the featured classifieds.

I emailed support about it as I did when this happened a little over a month ago. No reply. Nothing.

I did receive the confirmation email that my PayPal was hit for the payment. So the money has been paid. Where's the ad?

Does this site actually have support? Is there a better way to contact them?

DUDE,

    What do I do after I follow your instructions to EDIT my classified. It currently says, "
(This ad is featured until: 02/26/2026 09:17AM)", but it's not really running.

     I see nothing in the UI that indicates further action is necessary.

I'm testing the ad system again. I just placed two ads and I think I have isolated the bug. 

I paid via PayPal. Right before you go to pay with PayPal there are two tabs across the lower part of the window. The left tab is what you are on to go and pay. The next tab is greyed out and says "Confirm".

I clicked to pay with PayPal. When that was complete, the system never took me to the "Confirm" page, but instead went to the "Edit" page where it now shows that my ad will be displayed until specific date and time.

My ads are NOT being displayed. I was never able to confirm.

I will test again in a few weeks and choose a different payment method to confirm the bug with PayPal. Stay tuned...
