Unable to find the place an ad link anywhere

On my mobile, it's a hit or miss to find the place an link. This is all I see:

Also, on mobile, can no longer see ads without the entire picture showing up. You have to scroll like a maniac to see all the ads as it's one big picture for each ad. Any fix or ?

Hi and thanks for the update. It's weird because sometimes the place a new ad is there, sometimes it's not. When you're signed in of course. Also a few days ago the pictures were small and fine next to the titles, now they are really big so I just removed the pictures all together. Thanks good luck.

I cannot find how I can place an ad on this site since I just joined it. It's almost ridiculous that you don't have somewhere where I can place an ad. I have no idea what this statement is to scroll through everything before you can place an ad?
