Craterlets in Plato

Do they ever look lighter than the floor? If yes, at what Moon phase?

Do they ever look darker?

I've seen them lighter than the floor at waxing gibbous.

I tried to look for them yesterday with ST80, I think I glimpsed something that at least had darker parts at the centre of the floor. Earlier I saw a bright dot at the same location at full Moon.

Clyde, how many and how good do you see with TV85? What power do you use?
