Finally had clear skies last night after 2 weeks of poor seeing/clouds. I was able to view the GRS transit at 500X clearly.
There are 3 small ovals lined up nicely following the GRS in the northern half of the SEB - these are very easy to view. Much activity in the STB immediately following the GRS - it appears to be "stretching out" from the GRS, and is darkened considerably.
I do not have the skills to make a drawing, but I did capture some images. Attached is a "quickie" image to show the basic details.
