That reminded me of the first presidential debate....

I watched that live. Bill Nye was sad. He reminded me of a middle-school 'science' teacher that uses pictures to help kids feel things about nature. The first thing he said was that the Medeival Warming Period happened only in Europe. Like he hasn't seen any scientific papers since the 1990's. If ever. And he went downhill from there, regurgitating legends and wive's tales. "We’re not talking about the temperature" he said. Ooookaaay, Mr. Bill.

Of course Piers Morgan acted like a pre=teen, closing with his last word about it being 60 degrees in DC that day or something, and that sure is weeeird. As if that means something important about global climate. We could have gotten that wisdom from a sterno-addled homeless man laying in an alley.
