Ultrasounds Don't Change Minds

Realistically, these bills just pay lip service to anti-abortion groups. For an in clinic abortion, there is still something place inside the womans body...for the outpatient (drug induce ablortion) an ultrasound needs to be done to assure how far along the fetus is. Drug induced abortions are not done after the first trimester.

All these bills do is keep the subject on the table and keep stirring the pot. I also think there is a political motive in that the sponsors of these bills can say to their base "look, I did something about abortion". Its all politics...sad :S
