I ordered a desiccant plug for my ST-X camera from Anacortes. They offered it for $ 80,- at the time I ordered it. It took them 3 months to get it to me. By that time they offered it on their homepage for 75$ but they billed me for 80$. According to the partslist a wrench should come with the plug. The wrench was missing, so I filed a claim. They had a lot of excuses why the could not deliver the wrench.... will be shipped soon...is on back order. This took them again 2 months. Finally I told them I ordered one in Germany, again they had a lot of excuses. By the way I never got reimbursed for the part not delivered.
I would give them a bad rating and watch out before you place an order!!!!
