How is everyone out here holding up?
I have never seen this much water moving on our property!
2 of our 3 washes overflowed, one is 5 feet deep, the other is 2 feet deep (the one that didn't overflow is about 4 feet deep but about 12 feet wide). My driveway crosses the 2 foot deep wash, via culvert pipes with bulit up soil and gravel. Most of that is gone now as is a long stretch of driveway. We are going to have several tons of stone brought in to fix the driveway.
My wifes Camry is not able to get down our (dirt) roads due to the flooding and mud, so we are leaving her car at the casino in town. I drop her off there so she can get to work, and pick her up to take her home the rest of the way. So far my Tacoma has done an awesome job, I was up to the lugnuts in mud yesterday and it just powered through 8) .
Lots of roads closed (dirt roads mostly) lots of debris from flooding.
Needless to say, I don't plan on watering the landscaping for a few days
Hopefully our other southwestern residents are hangin' in there to?
