Classifieds etiquette?

Looking for some insight here.

I'm a new Astromart user with an interest in purchasing a used tracking mount. I've seen two very interesting classified ads and have sent a follow-up question to the sellers.

I sent one question a week ago and the other two days ago and have not received any responses. This surprises me. Is this usual for Astromart classifieds?

There was one time that I received a question from a potential buyer and I sent him a response and he never wrote back. A month later I received an email from AstroMart System Administrator (automated response) saying that my email was never delivered. I'm sure that guy was wondering what was up also. The email service here does get messed up sometimes. Then again there are those that will not reply for whatever reason. Some sell their stuff and never write sold on the ad and choose not to respond to anyone afterwards. Check their rating under user profiles to see if anyone else has had a problem with them. I consider myself an honest seller/buyer but some people here have gotten really upset with me when they don't take first prioriety over everyone else.
