1.Who visited Afghanistan and returned under the influence of islamic terrorists.
2. Who is funded by Islamic terrorists.
3. Who is considered to be in the process of being radicalized.

I suppose the title is an oxymoron. I'll bet those eurocops have to be even more politically correct than the ones in San Francisco. They both get the same results: innocent families murdered.
