Well, I just filled my tank on the new 2014 Dodge CargoVan after driving 220 mile on the highway and 142 miles in town. Getting ready to go up north for a couple of days to go on a trike ride on the American River Trail in Sacramento.
The average MPG for this was 24 mpg. Now that is not bad for a big cargo van! 8) I am very pleased with this number. This next trip will be flat and straight with little in town so I will get a good idea of the highway mileage. I am thinking 32-33 but not positive.
This thing has a 3.6L V-6 with over 280hp. So I am really surprised at how well it does on gas. My KIA does about 28-30 mpg overall and 36 mpg highway and it is a 2.0L 4 cylinder. America is making headway on this I think.
