Hi all,
Just been checking out the latest NASA news and it appears that the parachutes did not open during the re-entry of the Genesis spacecraft. It crashed in Utah and sustained some damage. Do not know yet if the solar wind samples are still usable.
NASA briefing in a few minutes.
Bummer.

EDIT: Needless to say, the woo-woo's are having a field day with all sorts of nonsense.
