As my random walkabout the country continues, I'll be talking to an employer in Cleveland. I know nothing about Cleveland except that they get lots of lake effect snow. Can anybody tell me anything good? best suburbs? etc.

Lee, FWIW, you might look at the Wikipedia info on Cleveland, particularly the Demographics. Like a lot of big cities the population peaked in the '50s and has been in a steady decline since then. There might be some info about suburbs there.
