We find ourselves living in a new construction apartment that has a severe silverfish contamination. We've had the pest control guy spray several times and bomb our apartment with about five cans of fog. That got us about two days of relief. We have the option of terminating our lease and leaving without penalty.
I now turn to this esteemed brain trust of amateur scientists for ideas on how to decontaminate our stuff so that we don't take them with us when we move. I'm thinking that we wash all textiles and clothing and pack them in plastic bins. Then, we take the Dyson and vacuum every inch of any furniture we want to keep. We discard any old furnishing that isn't worth keeping. Any ideas?

I have several telescopes, but none are semi-APO, APO, or in anyway valuable.
