Thrift Store Finds of the Day:
1 Minolta x370 camera
2 Toyo Lenses (75mm - 200mm) & something to 75mm
3 filters of various types
Total Cost: $15
It'll need batteries and a prayer to make sure it works.
Two Questions:
1) I'm wondering if the lenses will work on my Minolta SRT-201.
2) One lens has a bit of sticky discoloration on the outside of the barrel. Not on the glass. Looks like someone spilled something in the camera bag. Camera was clean. Filters were clean. Any cleaning ideas for the one lens barrel affected? I'm thinking alcohol and a toothbrush or something.
Also, picked up a nice vintage looking 50mm Meade telescope and an old Tasco 60mm. Another $60. The 50mm has a pretty solid mount for a 50mm telescope and will probably be a great lunar observing scope. All in all a pretty good haul. 8)

[SIZE="Small"]------------
I have several telescopes, but none are semi-APO, APO, or in anyway valuable.
