The 'Hey fascist' and 'Bella ciao' are both clearly anti fascist in intent.
The last one, '....you are gay' is puerile, middle school level homophobia and probably has no political slant..
So he hated fascists. Enough to shoot someone whom he might have thought was a fascist..
My uncles shot a few fascists in Holland and Italy a while back so there is precedent...

You might want to take up your beef and your consternation with the Denver Field office of the DOJ.
As I stated earlier, their email memo to the other divisions called out the shooter's intent as they saw it.
They are the ones who stated that "the Cartridges had Transgender and Anti-Fascist Ideology written on them".
I suppose that if it bothers you, contact them to convince them to change their opinion.
