Looks like the corrupt and Far Leftist Democrat party are going to fail in epic fashion of their Election Interference Scheme at the Supreme Court, as the Justices seem to be leaning towards Honesty and Upholding the Constitution

Even Katanji Brown Jackson may be voting against the corrupt Totalitarian Democrats, as Oral Arguments began today.

It appears that an honest interpretation of the 14th Amendment will prevail and that corrupt Democrats in Colorado and in Maine will not be permitted to engage in their corrupt Election Interference.

We now will wait to see what their next corrupt political move will be.

One cannot use the Constitution to destroy the Bill of Rights, by violating a person's rights to Due Process and just wave one's hand and find a person guilty even when the 14th amendment clause wasn't meant to apply to Presidents and Vice Presidents, since they aren't Officers as the term was meant to apply to it.  

You do know that the original clause of the 14th amendment initially included the President and Vice President but those 2 people were purposely removed because they realized that the 14th amendment shouldn't apply to them.  

The whole case is built on a ridiculous reading of that clause of the Amendment.

And BTW, the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court and 2 other Justices on the court sided against the Majority of Leftists on the Court, and every one of them is a Liberal Democrat.     

OOOHH they're all Democrats and 3 of them voted against the ruling.

Luttig is a joke.  When the ruling comes down and even Kagan votes to keep Trump on the ballot, it will only expose Luttig as a TDS suffering fool.
