Well, last night I finally worked out the last bugs in my setup for the AP900. I had to figure out a few things about the loading of the driver and contol settings for The Sky6 and CCD AutoPilot. Last week I tried the setup out, but could not get the mount to park correctly. It took me a week to figure out why, but now it all works very well.
The AP900 seems to be a very solid and great performing mount, which I had expected it to be. It is nice to have no one part wiegh more than 25 lbs and yet have excellent stability and PE.
So far everything looks very good and I am certain that I have finally found the combination that I was seeking. Hope to get a chance to really test out just what it can do next month.
