Here is an hour of 6nm H-alpha. (12x300s) Median combine in CCDStack. Still have a bit of star trails, but that is the way it goes for now. I did a bit of smoothing (~1pixel) in the dim areas, and a bit less in the not-as dim parts. Arcsin stretch. Could always use more time, but want to try other filters, etc. (I have some [OIII], but have not processed it yet.)

I also took 10x120s luminance. This version layered the luminance as a "multiply" at 50% on top of the H-alpha picture. I did not sharpen anything, since I think it needs lots more time, but that might be worthwhile to try to tighten up the stars. There are lots of those dim stars around that I would like to bring out. (Right now they are ~3-4" FWHM.) So which one of these is better/more interesting? Is the luminance worthwhile here? (I generally like the stars.) If I can get luminance good enough, then maybe that would be something to try with the narrow band. Any processing comments are most welcome.

Thanks for looking.
Charlie

Here is my 20 minutes of luminance. The artifact to the right is from some bright star out of the FOV. I could re-frame and get rid of it, but then if won't match the H-a, which didn't show that.
