Finally had some decent weather here, and after spending the cloudy days tuning up the ol' LXD75 mount a bit, went out last night and tried to fight the good fight. Not much time on either of these subjects, but wanted to test my tuned mounts autoguiding at different declinations, besides working my way through some unusual computer crashes.
Anyhoo,
M97 and M108, 20 3-min subs, using ZS80FD with a Meade 3.3 fr/ff!!, actually reduced about 2x at the spacing used.
Lagoon, 5 60-sec subs, using ZS80FD with the reducer. Very short session due to a poorly placed telephone pole.
Autoguiding with DSI Pro and ZS66SD.
