Hi all,
I collected some color subs to go with the Ha I shot back in November.I actually shot these on Dec.3rd and have just got around to processing.
Seeing was especially poor so I binned 2x2 for the color.
This is my second attempt at HaRGB,it is much more difficult than I thought to try to get good color!I may have oversaturated this trying to compensate.
I also got just to the upper left of center what I think is an asteroid, not sure yet though as I have not tried much to find out.It was pretty cool to blink the images and watch it's movement. If you happen to know what was in the area on Dec.3rd I would love to know.
Here is the best I have come up with and some details.
About 4 hours of 6Nm ha in 10 minute subs.
10x180s each RGB binned 2x2
CCDStack for calibration, alignment and RGB combine.Photoshop for the HaRGB combine, levels, curves.
