jupiter with 8" lx200

well I went out and tried jupiter with the 8" lx200 last night and was really surprised with the seeing, it was almost as if I was in orbit! Sorry, I lost all the exif data during a freak power outage sometime after midnight. Hope y'all get as big a kick out of this pic as I did

It's as good an April Fool's 8" image as one could expect!

Pheeeww! For a minute there I thought my astroimager's career was coming to a premature end for lack of hope!

Not too much contrast. Have you considered a refractor. I've seen ad's with better pictures from a 700mm F11 refractor.
