Well I finally got some detail out of Mars. I haven't figured out how to align the images yet and I don't have an infared filter, but I am happy:-) C-8 with 2.5X Powermate, 1 minute of video, stacked in Registax.

Very Good! Mars image, I can see lots of detail,
the channel alinement looks close to me .
