Hi all,

Here is one of my images from when I used to live 'Down Under'.

NGC 2070, More commonly known as the Tarantula Nebula

The image is a 5 minute exposure with a Meade 416XT and my
5" f/5 refractor at prime focus.

You can see the setup on my webpage at;
http://www.acad.Carleton.edu/curricular/PHYS/Faculty/MClark/tele.htm

Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the pictures of the refractor
in the configuration for the images. (Complete with several layers of
newspaper to make the tube fit the rings!) :-)

Enjoy,

Maurice
