Which one?

I processed these 2 images differently:

The one attached here has been processed using wavelets and UM and has been upsized to 125%.

Attached Image:

While this one has been applied only a very strong UM in Photoshop.


I can't decide which one is better, so I'd like some opinions from you guys. I find that sometimes UM, even if heavily applied, brings out almost the same detail, but not the same noise. Although wavelets are selective filters, I feel that the trade off detail/noise isn't worthy.
